A self suspension restricts you from accessing your BetRivers account for a period of 3 to 30 days. It cannot be reversed or shortened, and applies only to this particular site. A self suspension is also known as a 'cooldown'. Full account functionality is automatically restored at the end of your suspension period.
Here's how to initiate a self suspension:
1.Navigate to Responsible Gaming
To begin setting a limit, click 'My Account' and then select 'Responsible Gaming':
2. Choose 'Self suspension'
Next, select the self suspension tab by clicking on the appropriate link on menu to the left of your screen:
3. Set the Time Period
Finally, you'll need to choose how many days you'd like your self suspension to last. Remember that this time period cannot be reversed or shortened. Click the appropriate button or enter the number of days and click 'Suspend Me':
